Both Holiday Inn - University of Memphis and Fogelman Executive Center are located on University of Memphis Campus and very close to FedEx Institute of Technology. Holiday Inn - University of Memphis is located on Central Avenue, and Fogelman Executive Center is just located on other side of Central Avenue, there is only a road between two hotels. Also the two hotels are not far away from downtown. It is only takes about 20 minutes to drive from Memphis International Airport or downtown to Holiday Inn and Fogelman Executive Center.

The Holiday Inn and Fogelman Executive Center will provide shuttles between them and Memphis International Airport.  The shuttle service is available daily 7am-10pm for both Holiday Inn and Fogelman Exexcutive Center. There will be one shuttle connects Hotels and Memphis International Airport in every hour during 7am-10pm. Attendees could find shuttles outside baggage claim lower level at pole 16.
